Bob Carmichael and Anton Leal won the Open Betterball at Southbroom Golf Club last Thursday on 47 points.
Runners-up on 43 points were Peter and Sue Kupisiewicz, counting out Sandy FitzGerald and Candida Amm.
In fourth place on 42 points were Werner Duggan and Christer Solgevik.
The ladies’ betterball Stableford last Saturday was won on 36 points by Candida Amm and Precious Mkhungo.
Runners-up were Jo Ledden and Louise Leal on 35 points.
In the men’s section, the winners were Geoff Skelton and Johan Wentzel on 42 points, two ahead of Bob Carmichael and Anton Leal 40 pts.
Next, on 39 points, were Alex Crawford and Bob O’Callaghan, followed by Anton Kohrmann and James Carlsen on 38 points.
