Head-on collision leaves one person dead in Margate

One person died at the scene of a head-on collision on the national road in Margate this morning.

Chantell Botha of Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service said that when emergency services arrived they found that two vehicles had been involved in the collision.

Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that a person had died before emergency services arrived.
