Hope shines bright in our own backyard, with local non-profit organisation Genesis Hope South Africa actively involved in numerous different projects aimed at empowering and changing lives.
These projects comprise Genesis El-Roi Baby Home (for abandoned and abused babies), Genesis Safe Place (run-to facilities), Genesis Care Centre and Community Care, plus various community centres, social services and sport (including Wave of Hope surf academy), as well as cultural and educational programmes (including Genesis Music Academy).
Whether you sign up as an individual, a family, a group of friends or colleagues, Genesis Hope would love to offer you the opportunity to get involved in life changing work, either for a couple of hours or perhaps for a longer term.
It’s an ideal team building experience, working together, serving alongside one another and it’s possible you may find that through serving, your life might very well be changed, too.
