Izotsha Primary School‘s Grade 1-3 hockey boys’ and netball girls’ teams played tournaments at Creston this past week.
The children all played hard and gave off their best, having fun at the same time.
The Intermediate and Senior Phase learners have been extremely busy with project work and tests in the various learning areas.
The Intermediate and Senior Phase learners enjoyed having Stephen Herbst from Tidy Towns speak to them at their assembly last Friday about taking ownership of our areas and not littering. As we live in a coastal area, it is our responsibility to take good care of the ocean and its surrounds.
There was a jubilant atmosphere at school on Friday as everybody sang ‘happy birthday’ to our principal Cally Roberts.
