Sprinter Christopher shines for Izotsha Primary

The school is exceptionally proud of all of its athletes.

It was yet another busy sporting week for Izotsha Primary.

The Foundation Phase attended an Inter-School Athletics event at Creston College.

Despite the cold weather, the athletes performed well.

Zanda Shabane (Grade 2) and Skylar Nadauld (Grade 3) were both age group winners.

The Intermediate and Senior Phase athletes participated in an Inter-Schools event hosted by Port Shepstone Senior Primary School.

It was a well-organised event and the athletes achieved well.

Sixteen first positions, six second positions and 11 third positions were achieved.

Christopher Koekemoer broke the U14 Boys’ 200m record with a time of 28,10 seconds.

The school is exceptionally proud of all of its athletes.

The entire school enjoyed wearing their civvies and hats to school on Friday as a fundraiser to celebrate spring.
