Celebrating 20 years of outstanding customer service

Harding Superspar offering the best services for 20 years

Harding Superspar celebrates its 20th anniversary on August 24, and current owners Wayne Mayer, Steven Scarf and Chris Woodgate who took over the store two years ago have strived to bring more service offerings to customers.

The store has grown its customer base by offering value for money, a wide range of products and services with ‘customer service’ being the main focus daily.

Store branch manager, Ivan Kistnasami said Harding Superspar will continue to listen to its customers’ needs and try to keep them happy and satisfied with service, products and prices.

Wide range of products.

“We have an award-winning deli in-store and our outdoor takeaway stand serves the best boerewors rolls in town. If you haven’t tried them yet, come over and taste for yourself.”

Despite a rough two years, together with the store management, staff and suppliers, the store was able to regroup, rebuild and come back stronger.

Best quality at affordable prices.

“We have seen a positive turnaround in our store thanks to our loyal customers and we look forward to another productive year ahead, and pray for the safety and welfare of our local communities.

“After 20 years, Harding Superspar has become a cornerstone of the town and community. We are looking at getting more involved in community projects such as schools’ outreach programmes, community organisation activities and local sports tournaments,” added Ivan.

The store has initiated a youth employment programme that has employed 32 youngsters from local communities and hopes that closer involvement with the community will benefit both the customers and the store. “We are here to serve and here to stay.”

In celebration of the two-decade milestone birthday, customers can look forward to the launch of a brand new Tops outlet at the end of September.

“Look out for great specials and a great range of products at Tops. We will have lots of promotions during our birthday month and will be bringing customers better deals but our promotional pricing and offerings are ongoing as we see the need to give our customers the best value that their money can buy.

Customers can save on bulk buys.

“In today’s tough economic climate, we need to ensure that our customers get quality products at affordable prices. Look out for our upcoming promotions for more savings,” Kistnasami concluded.

Freshest products from the market to customers.
