Hlulukwena Mkhize (32) is missing since June 10.
He is mentally challenged and was last seen at his place of residence at Qiko Location in Dududu.
Mkhize is 1.3 metres tall and slender. He was wearing brown trousers and a grey T-shirt on the day he disappeared.
