Man found with live ammunition, drugs
The man was found with 45 live 9mm rounds of ammunition, a toy gun and Mandrax tablets.
Members of Port Shepstone Public Order Policing where performing crime prevention duties when they arrested a man (22) who was found with 45 live 9mm rounds of ammunition, a toy gun and Mandrax tablets.
Police spokesman Captain Petros Mpinge said the man was seated in a vehicle which was stationary on the N2 southbound in Scottburgh last week Saturday.
The man appeared in the Scottburgh Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of drugs and unlicensed ammunition.
He is expected to appear in court today (20th).
