Mpenjati eco festival up soon

Families, visitors and the local community can enjoy a fun-filled programme.

A day of discovery and entertainment awaits visitors to the third annual Mpenjati Eco Festival on Monday, December 16 from 8am to 7pm.

This festival takes place at The Whitehouse, Mpenjati Nature Reserve, and money raised will go towards the Mpenjati Honorary Officers fund.

Families, visitors and the local community can enjoy a fun-filled family programme of trail walks, children’s activities, guest speakers, exhibits and local unplugged music – all aimed at inspiring communities to live more consciously in harmony within the environment.

A carols by candlelight service will be held from 6pm to 7pm.

Entry is R15 per adult and R10 per child. Vendor stalls are R30.
