Man found dead near railway line in Kelso

Police are still trying to locate his next of kin.

Scottburgh Saps have made an appeal to the public to help identify a man who was found dead near the railway lines at Ocean View in Kelso.

The body was found on Sunday, October 28 and he is believed to have been about 50 years old.

The man was wearing grey pants, a red striped shirt and blue takkies.

Police are still trying to locate his next of kin and ask that anyone who may have a family member that is still missing and around this age, to please contact the investigating officer, Detective Warrant Officer Vis Moodley of the Scottburgh Saps at 039-9781900.

An inquest docket has been opened.
