Family begs ‘missing’ Tweni teenager to return home

The former Port Shepstone High learner's disappearance has caused the family much distress.

The family of Singesuke Sisekelo (19) of Umtentweni is still trying to locate their missing teenager.
Singesuke left his family residence on January 26 at 06:00, and has not returned since.

The good news is that his family knows Singesuke is alive, and is somewhere in Gauteng.
He made a transaction from his bank account in February and he then messaged his sister and cousin on Instagram in March from an internet cafe.
He said he is alive and that they must all stop looking for him.

The former Port Shepstone High learner’s disappearance has caused the family much distress, and they pray he will come home soon. He turns 20 in June.

“I hope he has learnt a lesson and decides to come home,” said his mother, Busi.

Singesuke was studying for a degree in motion picture (animation) in Gauteng.

Busi said the family is on its knees in prayer and believes God is in control.

“He is my one and only son, and my first-born. We miss him and want him to come home,” she said.
Busi says this has been a very stressful time for her family.

“Some days I think he will come home, and on other days I feel emotionally drained and stressed,” she said.

If anyone knows anything or has spotted Singesuke – contact Busi on 066 2056898 or his father, Sicelo on 064 8098666.
Anyone who knows of his whereabouts can also contact Detective Warrant Officer Rohena Makanlall on 083 9893069 or 039 6881185.
