Hlanganani Preparatory bids farewell to Uncle Peter

The school thanks Peter for everything, for guiding and teaching learners through prayer.

Hlanganani Preparatory School is a Christian school, working with local churches and organisations to run sustainable programmes for learners.

Every Wednesday and Friday, preachers come to the school to share the word of God with the learners and sing religious songs. One of the preachers is Peter Nuttal popularly known as Uncle Peter to the learners. Peter started preaching to our learners in 2013.

Recently we had a wonderful assembly bidding farewell to Uncle Peter who is now going back to England. The school thanks Peter for everything, for guiding and teaching our learners through prayer. We wish him all the best.

Grade 2 and Grade 3 girls’ soccer teams played in a tournament at Creston College last week. The learners showed great teamwork and dedication winning some of the matches. Thank you to Creston College for hosting the matches.

‘Good sportsmanship goes beyond the game, it starts with respect’. Our Grade 2 and Grade 3 learners represented our school well as they displayed excellent sportsmanship on and off the field. They participated in a mini cricket challenge which took place at Southcity last Saturday. Thank you to Southcity for hosting the challenge.

Well done to all our learners and committed coaches for flying the Hlanganani Preparatory School flag high.

A jumble sale takes place at the school on November 26 at 08:30. Everyone is welcome to come and buy!
