Paramedics deliver twins in Margate

The baby boys were born at an accommodation establishment.

Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service South Coast Team made a special delivery when they responded to reports of a mother in labour in Margate earlier today.

Spokesperson, Chantell Botha said after paramedics arrived, they found that a baby had already been born.

“While treating the mother (35) and baby, paramedics found a second baby being born, and successfully delivered the baby.

“Both baby boys are healthy and were taken to hospital with mommy.”

The twins were born at an accommodation establishment.
