Murder case opened after body recovered from river

Police are requesting the community to contact them with any information that could lead to an arrest.

The body of Mhlabutshipile Bhoyi (69) was found floating in a river in Louisiana on Monday, March 8.

Police spokesman Captain Petros Mpinge said Port Shepstone Saps has opened a case of murder. Bhoyi had sustained several stab wounds.

Cpt Mpinge said Saps was requesting the community to please contact them with any information that could lead to an arrest.
