Golfer Bouic cleans up at catch-up game

Overall winner was Jean-Marc Bouic on 39 points, who also won the A division.

Southern Natal Nomads golfers had a catch-up game at Port Shepstone Country Club recently, to make up for the game lost in June due to the lockdown.

At the opposite end, the Matchbox award went to Andrew Imray on 20 points.

Over 55 was won by Greg Hornby on 35 points.

Best playing pair was Wonderboy Nxumalo (guest) and Howard Crouch on 69 points.

Best playing fourball also featured guests, three of them hosted by Ryan Ringo, namely Rudi Steyn, Vinesh Naidoo and Daryl D’Arcy. They had 134 points.

A division runner-up was Ringo on 38 points, with Hornby next on 35 points.

In the B division, the winner was Jimmy Reid on 34 points, counting out Albert dos Santos, with Koko Zithumane next on 33 points.

C division honours went to Sageran Pillay on 36 points, by two from Howard Crouch, who counted out Tony Fairbairn.
