A PEDESTRIAN was killed when she ran across the N2 freeway north bound near Park Rynie on January 6 at about 8pm.
The woman (20), ran into the road from the eastern side of the freeway.

“The driver attempted to avoid her but he couldn’t,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.
A second vehicle then also struck the woman.
A case of culpable homicide is being investigated by Detective Warrant Officer Salomie Pillay of Scottburgh Detective Services.
