Double whammy

Margate and Ramsgate residents have not been a happy lot recently. Many areas have been without water for more than a week and coupled with stage four load shedding at the start of the school holidays has caused much anger and frustration.

Not a great way to welcome visitors. But the biggest irritation has been the conflicting reports from Ugu as to why the taps are dry. The lack of proper communication raises more ire than the lack of water.

Transport can be arranged from Ramsgate beach to the start of the pick up. For more information contact Lion Caryn at 083 4457116.
