This not only set an individual class record, but pumped up the school’s combined total for the month to just under two tons.

The gr 10B class now challenges other teachers and pupils to beat their total as the competition enters the second half of the year. Their class motto is ‘We are in it to win it.’

Coordinator, Marlene Naicker, thanks teachers and pupils for their effort and commitment to the programme and challenges all classes to set new targets each month.
