With reference to an article published in the Herald on January 28, 2016, the nightmare of renewing driver’s licences in Port Shepstone might be soon be a thing of the past.

Nothing has changed or has Simon April’s promise of six new offices (before July 2016) been scrapped?
Last week’s front page picture of the queue outside the licensing department looks like a ‘nightmare’ – and it would seem that it is a never-ending nightmare.
When will they wake up and for once do something?
Perhaps Mr April is still waiting in the queue. Or maybe knows nothing is going to change.
