It’s bidding time again … and this time, we’re going to visit the Big Five. Ready for adventure? Here are the details:

nThambo Tree Camp

Experience a Kruger Safari at nThambo Tree Camp and stay in the heart of the Klaserie.

The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is part of the Greater Kruger and shares unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park. It is here where guests can take part in Big Five game drive safaris led by experienced and professional game rangers. There is the chance to see all of the Big Five in and around camp at any time, so guides will escort guests to and from their rooms at night.

The reserve is in the Hoedspruit area, and the offer is for two nights’ accommodation for two people sharing including meals, teas and coffees, game drives, and bush walks. It excludes transport to and from the lodge, beverages, gratuities, a conservation levy, and bed levy as well as any items of a personal nature. It’s valid until March 2022, and the value is R20 000.

This, and loads more travel options, will be up for auction on Friday and Monday on Facebook. How does it work? Easy. It’s all on Facebook, it’s free, and registration is required to bid … you only give your details once your bid is declared the winner. Simply find the post and comment with your bid. Take note that this auction lot is subject to a reserve and if the reserve is not reached, the lot will not be sold.  Remember not to bid, unless you can make full payment on your bid within 24 hours from the end of the auction. Hurry, auction ends at 8pm.

The auction lots up for grabs are packages that change each week, depending on what’s available at different lodges. Snooze and you lose. Or do you?
