Another gold for Mazda in the 2021
Mazda Southern Africa again received a Gold Award in the Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicle Category in the 2021 National Automobile Dealers' Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI).
When reflecting on specific and overall dealer satisfaction elements of the survey, Mazda again led in these categories. Mazda Southern Africa scored highest in the following areas of the survey, “How satisfied are you with your Manufacturer/Importer” at 93,8%; “Communicates openly and honestly” at 96,2%; “Committed to win/win solutions” at 94% and “Makes it easy for your customers to do business with you” also at 94%. Mazda ran a close second by a mere 0.1% in the category “Provide positive referrals for your franchise to a friend wanting to buy a dealership” at 96,2%. “Mazda Southern Africa remains grateful to all of our dealer partners for their participation and the recognition afforded to MSA in the 2021 DSI”, concludes Daphne Greyling – head of sales for Mazda Southern Africa.
