If you think you have what it takes to represent the Vaal Triangle, then don’t miss out on this fantastic competition. Models Unlimited will be hosting Mr & Miss Vaal / Miss Petite Vaal/ Mr & Miss Teen Vaal 2015.
This year the competition will be different from the previous years. This year the 65 finalists will be chosen through interviews by a panel of judges at Models Unlimited Studio and will be officially announced in the Vaalweekblad the week of July 29. Closing date is Friday July 17.
The 65 finalists will be doing fashion shows in the Vaal Triangle and the community can meet them on these days. The finalists will also be involved with a variety of charities, being interviewed on 90.6fm and will be appearing on numerous occasions throughout the Vaal Triangle before the winners are crowned on October 2 and October 3 during a glamorous gala event at the newly renovated Riverside Sun Hotel on the Banks of the Vaal River. The 5 categories for 2015 are Miss Petite Vaal ages 7-11 years, Mr & Miss Teen Vaal ages 13-17 years, Miss Vaal ages 18-25 years and Mr Vaal 2015 ages 18-29 years.
The Miss Vaal (18-25) entries must supply a copy of a valid SA drivers licence during interviews. This amazing event will be sponsored by Citroen Vaal (sponsor a Citroen c1 for Miss Vaal for the use of one year), Emfuleni (for sponsoring all 5 winners with a cash prize and the 65 finalists with branded T-shirts), Media sponsors ( 90.6 FM, Ster & Vaalweekblad), B. Spoilt Hair Studios ( responsible for the hair care of Miss & Mr Vaal 2016 for the duration of one year), Soma Sense Academy (for doing the make-up and vouchers, ONS Printers en Graphic Imprinters (for sponsoring the entry forms, posters & banners), Technical Guiding for sponsoring the Mr Vaal finalists with bursaries & the insurance of the Citroen for one year, Qualitas Academy for sponsoring the winners bursaries, Mardo Photo and Video personalised 2016 calendar for all finalists and doing the DVD recordings for gala event, Models & Dance Unlimited owners of the pageant and choreographer, SA Music Group for supplying the stage, sound and lighting, Gemini Frameless (sponsoring all 15 winners glass trophies), Signature Cosmetics Vaal Mall, and Little Miss Priss & Blue Bird will be dressing the 2015 Miss Teen & Miss Vaal finalists.
