Sgubz MusiQ set to release album

His musical journey began in his youth, participating in the school choir.

SHARPEVILLE.- Sgubz MusiQ is excited to announce his upcoming EP, Love Story set to release at the end of October.

He is also working on a single titled Mochini wa dikoro, further setting his presence in the music industry.

The musician is into Afro Pop, Gospel and Amapiano.

Sgubz MusiQ, born Tebogo Moye, is a dynamic vocalist and producer hailing from Sharpeville, Gauteng. With a passion for music that ignited at a young age, he has carved out his unique niche as a talented singer, songwriter, and performer. Sgubz MusiQ is dedicated to sharing his musical journey with South Africa and the world, aiming to leave a lasting impact on the music scene.

His musical journey began in his youth, participating in the school choir at Lekoa Shandu Secondary School and at the First Saint John Apostolic Church Choir. In 2004, he co-founded the acclaimed acapella group Soul Renovators, where he showcased his vocal talents until 2021. His diverse experiences include performing at the prestigious Grahamstown National Arts Festival and competing in Idols SA and The X Factor SA, where he reached the home visit level.

Throughout his career, Sgubz MusiQ has made notable appearances, including headlining at the Mpumalanga Gospel Show with Soul Renovators. His stage presence and vocal ability have earned him recognition and respect in the South African music community.

Sgubz MusiQ aspires to elevate his career to the ranks of South Africa’s greatest artists. He dreams of establishing a music school in Sharpeville, providing free access for young talents to hone their skills. His goals include achieving a digital platinum record through modern media platforms, performing internationally, and showcasing the richness of African talent.
