Businesses make patrollers’ job easy

The donations are going to make the patrollers job easy and make them visible.

VEREENIGING.- The Vereeniging Community Patrol Club has thanked various business people for making donations to the club.


The Vaal Business Community (VBC) donated reflector jackets while businessman Riaz Choonara donated sjamboks and torch lights with tasers. The patrollers said that the donations are going to make the patrollers job easy and make them visible.


“Thank you for supporting the community. Our purpose is the ensure that Vereeniging becomes a crime free town. People in Vereeniging and those coming from surrounding towns and locations have long been terrorised, which affects the businesses (shops),this stops now, as we have to revive the economy of Vereeniging.”
