BOIPATONG – This team was rewarded for their commitment to clean the Boipatong township.
This organisation was formed during the nationwide lockdown in 2020 with the main aim to transform the township.
Their first major project was when they created the community park next to Lebohang Secondary School. Today the park is a place for the Boipatong community to have fun.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Parks Mofokeng who is one of the founders of this group, said Taffols Tradings CC donated wheelbarrows and tools to them after they pleaded for any kind of assistance.
“As Itireleng Task team we are grateful and at the same time speechless with what Taffols Tradings CC has done for us. We met with them and asked if it is possible for them to assist us with working materials.
Their response was very positive and on Saturday they delivered,” said Mofokeng.
“We want to thank the Taffols Tradings CC management for their generosity and act of kindness towards Itireleng Parks Team. We will be able to continue with our developments without any stress.”
Taffols Trandings CC management said in a statement they were glad to help Itireleng Task Team and contribute to their positive impact in the community.
