Consumers at Kopanong Hospital, Unitas Park, Arcon Park, Duncanville Extension 3, Duncanville Industrial, and Redan are notified of a planned power supply shutdown.
ELM said the shutdown will be in effect on Sunday, September 15, from 09h00 until 18h00.
This is due to obligatory maintenance of a bay at the Duncanville Substation.
The municipality said no guarantee can be given that supply will remain off for the duration of the interruption and therefore, affected customers are advised to always treat all electrical circuits and appliances as LIVE.
ELM apologised for the inconvenience.
