Mohanoe emphasised the importance of having events like this on Women’s Day, stating: “Today we celebrate the incredible bond between mothers and daughters. This was to create a space where we connect, laugh and inspire each other. As mothers we shape the next generation of women. Let’s empower each other to be our best selves and support one another every step of the way. Mothers must teach their daughters how to behave. My mother provided me with love, guidance and strength throughout my life, now I am passing it to my two beautiful daughters.”
