SEBOKENG – The decomposed body of Lucky Daniel Mantsoe (38) was discovered next to a stream on the outskirts of Boitumelo in Sebokeng last Thursday.
Mantsoe had been reported missing on May 20 this year, his body was found in a state of decomposition.
Sebokeng Police spokesperson Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane confirmed that the police are investigating the case as an inquest. Officers from the Sebokeng Police, along with the Sedibeng K9 search and rescue team, responded to reports from community members who had seen a decomposed body next to a stream in a muddy area. Upon arrival, the police removed the body, which was later identified by a family member as Mantsoe.
