S’kuluma no Motsepe Foundation Championship Club’s defender, Nicollas Motloung

SHARPEVILLE.- Sedibeng Ster Sport recently interviewed the Motsepe Foundation Championship Club Pretoria Carlies and Sharpeville-born defender, Nicollas “Mbazo” Motloung.

Motloung is one of the local talents who went through the development ranks playing for teams likes VUT Development and Vaal Milano FC under the development of coach Tebello Kheswa. Sedibeng Ster Sport predicted his future at an early age where he featured in our newspaper as a promising youngster.  He didn’t disappoint as he went on to play for Polokwane City.

Q. How you are doing in your football career because the last time I checked you were playing for Polokwane City?

A. I have been with Pretoria Carlies since the beginning of the 2023/24 season and I’m enjoying my football career here.

Q. What is your ambition or where do you want to see yourself in the near future?

A. My ambition is to help the club advance to the Premier Soccer League and I’m confident that as a team we are going to achieve this. But as an individual, I have the ambition to represent my country and still believe that one day that dream will come true.

Q. Do you still think that you can play abroad?

A. Playing overseas is every footballer’s dream, and it would be a great experience to further my football career abroad.
