Chabalala in the GPL

"My 10 years in the Legislature has been an eye opener and a great learning experience."

SEDIBENG.- I would like to thank my party the DA for giving me another opportunity to serve as a member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) equally thank all the voters who are voting for the DA because without them I would not have had the opportunity to be a member of the Legislature.

I promise to serve my party, the people of Emfuleni an Gauteng to best of my abilities at the Legislature I will continue to champion issues affecting our people as I have been doing in the past 10 years an fight for open opportunity for all which is characterised by the values of freedom, fairness, opportunities and diversity.

My 10 years in the Legislature has been an eye opener and a great learning experience which has helped me to grow politically an as person and to grow even more in the coming 5 years.

The dust of election campaigning has settled now it is incumbent upon us who have been elected to roll up our sleeves an hit the ground running by being of service to the people of Emfuleni and Gauteng. As I crisscrossed the length an breath of Emfuleni an Gauteng engaging with voters I got to learn about about their frustrations in relation to issues affecting them an what they would like to see happening in their communities.

I hereby give an undertaking that through the platform that has been afforded to serve in the Legislature, I will ensure that I give prominence to issue affecting them.
