Suspect wanted for truck jacking

The suspect was allegedly dressed as a traffic officer.

MEYERTON.-  The police in Meyerton have sought the assistance of the public to find a suspect wanted for a truck jacking case that transpired in April, 2020.

According to police reports, the unknown suspect stopped the complainant while driving.

The suspect was allegedly dressed as a traffic officer.

“He asked for a licence then suddenly pointed him with a pistol took him in a white Toyota quantum then fled the scene.”

The suspect is described as a Zulu speaking, dark-complexioned individual, of medium height, and with a bald head and a little moustache.

Police estimate his age to be 40 – 45.

A detailed identikit of the suspect has been released to the public to assist in identification efforts.
