VIDEO: Alleged scrap metal collector killed by truck

BOIPATONG. – Police and Emergency Services are on the scene in Boipatong where a 29-year-old man was killed by a truck.

The incident happened on Nobel Boulevard near Cape Gate.

According to bystanders, the man lost his footing and lost balance.

Boipatong is popularly known as a place where scrap metal collectors climb onto moving trucks and offload metal pieces.

Police are on the scene for further investigation.
