VANDERBIJLPARK.- Tshehetso Life Coaching and Counselling hosted a Women’s Empowerment event at Thinking Lifestyle next to VUT over the weekend.

This vibrant event was attended by women of all ages and backgrounds, who dressed up with fashion and style as the order of the day. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Mosele Maloka, the event organizer from Tshehetso Life Coaching and Counselling, stated that the theme of the event was “Women In Action,” focusing on sharing life experiences and success stories.

The topics covered during the event included women living with disabilities, diversity, job opportunities, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), personal development, mental health, financial education, beauty therapy, and marketing business ideas. Maloka described the event as a tremendous success, with speakers motivating and inspiring other women by sharing their own life experiences.

Among the speakers of the day was Fortunate Madlaba from the South African Sign Language Interpreter. Other notable speakers included Mantaoleng Mofokeng from the Healthy Lifestyle and Travelling Agency, Mbali Ndlovu from the Green Pastures NGO, Meagan from MLM Network Marketing Business, Adonis the Motivational Speaker, Teboho Setata the Accounting and Tax Practitioner, Nthabiseng Montsho the Life Coach, TV Presenter, and Author, and Maleemisa Khomongoe the Beauty Specialist.

Maloka expressed the importance of such events for women to share their life experiences and encourage each other, reminding them that anything is possible. She believed that the event was highly informative, leaving everyone inspired by the speakers.

“I was overwhelmed by the valuable points shared by the speakers on the day, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event, especially our sponsors. I am confident that the attendees went home inspired and that this event will positively impact their lives,” Maloka said.

She concluded by emphasizing that women should support and uplift one another instead of competing, as they possess incredible abilities in various fields.

“We, as women, are capable of achieving great things and making a difference,” she added.
