SEBOKENG. – For two ambitious local girls seems not to be the limit, if their dreams are anything to go by.

Nelisiwe Mphophoma (19) (known as Cardi lama Hostess) and Kearabetsoe Leshodi (21) (known as Pepper) are both aspiring, Promoters, Hostesses, Models, Music Video Vixens (Models who appear in Hip Hop-oriented music videos) and Influencer influencers of note. Mphophoma has worked with local artists such as MasediZa, Houdini Child, Scooby25, and Aquarius YGee.

“I see myself collaborating with big clubs, companies, and musicians. I’m a very ambitious lioness, a go-getter, and a self-motivated person. I see myself owning a big advertising company one of these days,” Mphophoma, said adding that she is inspired by being an independent woman.

“I believe in my talents, so basically, I’m an inspiration to myself. I’m doing what I’m doing because it’s what I love and I enjoy doing this promoting thing and being in the limelight. There are big opportunities within the promoting field, and besides promoting, I like being a model and getting that recognition, not fame necessarily fame but being seen for what I’m doing.”

She and her partners are also working on their first local annual awards that will be of the same name.

“I have worked with artists like Cee Jay, Emtee, and many more. I see myself collaborating with big clubs, companies, and musicians as I am a hostess, model, and music video vixen. The biggest source of inspiration is the people around me. I’ve always loved socializing as it lets me exchange ideas and be better,” said Leshodi.
