Barrage SAPS embark on GBV Awareness Campaign

THE BARRAGE. – The Barrage SAPS together with the Department of Community Safety and NGO Indibano embarked on a Gender Based Violence (GBV) Awareness Campaign around The Barrage policing precinct this week.

The areas that were given attention were areas that are faced with poverty and domestic violence such as Mooiwater, Vaaloewer, and Vaalview. Topics that were also addressed are human trafficking, alcohol abuse, child labour, and public indecency.
