SEBOKENG.- Orlando Pirates Greater Sebokeng Supporters Branch hosted a hive of activities at Baba Tshabalala’s place in Sebokeng last weekend.
Some of the activities that took place on the day included Five-Aside games, with young and old playing against each other. SAFA Lifetime President, Dr Molefi Oliphant was among the notable names that attended this unique event.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Mzwakhe Zondo said they also had awards to recognise former soccer players. Zondo said they also had awards for the Orlando Pirates Greater Sebokeng Supporters on the same day to acknowledge their contribution to the success of the branch.
“The day went as we planned and I want to thank everyone who played a part in the success of this event. It was a fun-filled day, especially for those children who played Five-Aside games and I must say I witnessed great talent there. This is part of our annual event and next year we intend to make it big and better,” he concluded.
