Thabo Vuyo hosts Disability Awareness event
It was a great day for Thabo Vuyo Resource Centre learners when the centre hosted a Disability Awareness event recently.
SEBOKENG.- It was a great day for Thabo Vuyo Resource Centre learners when the centre hosted a Disability Awareness event recently.
The Disability Awareness event took place at Saul Tsotetsi Sports Complex in Zone 14, Sebokeng on November 11 and was attended by parents, members of the community, former Thabo Vuyo Resource Centre learners, and guests from different organisations.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Mary Speelman hailed the event as a great success. She further said that the event went as planned with sponsors such as KFC, Prime Meat, and Pick n’ Pay contributing to the success of the event.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to the success of our event. These learners had a great fun. We are looking forward to next year’s event, and again to make it bigger and better,” she said.
There was a hive of activities in the form of entertainment, with Mr and Miss Thabo Vuyo Resource Centre also in attandance.
