VEREENIGING. – The Word of Life Christian School recently marked its 25th anniversary with a day filled with jubilant celebrations. Festivities included a range of engaging games that kept students enthralled throughout the day.
Students engaged in various activities such as sack races, jumping hurdles, catching water balloons, dancing, singing, and playing chess. The energetic atmosphere resonated throughout the school, allowing students to partake in diverse forms of entertainment.
Principal Ann Vincente reflected on the celebration, recognising it as a symbol of the school’s achievements over the years since its inception. She highlighted the institution’s growth as one of the premier educational institutions in the Vaal Triangle.
Vincente emphasised the school’s commitment to providing quality education while nurturing values that contribute to the students becoming exemplary members of the community.
Vincente underlined the significance of involving the students in the commemoration, emphasising that the day was about them. The school’s dedication to student development was reflected in the consistently high pass rates achieved year after year.
Speaking about the milestone celebration, School Manager Jacob Isaac expressed pride in the school’s position as a leading institution for quality education.
“The school’s success in establishing itself as a preferred destination for education evident in the today’s commemoration,” he said.
