MIDVAAL.- The Weeds and Seeds Farm in Midvaal donated to children from the different Early Children Development Centres (ECDs) and daycares in the Midvaal area on Tuesday, Mandela Day.
The donations were made to Tokoloho, Lebohang, Nontsebenzo, Kago ya Bana, Grace, and Thuthuzela Daycare Centres after the farm had received donations for babies and toddlers from the LUSA Community Chest recently, the Weeds and Seeds Farm, a Non-Profit Company (NPC).
Sibusiso Dyonase from Weeds and Seeds Farm said that they visited the daycares and ECDs in the morning and later worked in their garden.
Weeds and Seeds Midvaal which is currently sponsored by Lynca Meats as well as the Lynca LifeLine. Dyonase said that they also plan to have trained counselors available all day for any visitors who may need their services at the farm.
