BOIPATONG. – Shocking scenes of an alleged double murder played out this morning in Boipatong where a man and his wife were found dead at their home.
The couple was discovered by a neighbour. It is alleged that neighbours heard shots during load shedding last night.
Bystanders on the scene said the incident brought them a sense of fear, adding that they no longer feel safe more especially during load shedding.
Police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi confirms that police have launched a murder case docket.
” No suspects have been arrested, the motive for the murder is unknown at the moment. Police investigations are underway.”
