SEDIBENG.- In the past, there were coaches who would either wear suits or club tracksuits on the bench, however, all this is something of the past with the current generation of coaches dressing to kill on the bench.
Mamelodi Sundowns Coach, Rhulani Mokwena is some of the PSL coaches who have a taste of fashion in the current young generation of local coaches. For example, even if he wears the club’s uniform he dresses them in a way that looks like he is going to a fashion parade or attending an occasion.
His assistant, Steve Khompele is one of the coaches who have a sense of fashion especially when he was still the head coach at Kaizer Chiefs, Maritzburg United, and Golden Arrows. His trademark was to put a top or jersey on his shoulder.
However, Mokwena is talk about town how he dresses on the match day with his flashy shoes/takkies, shirts/t-Shirts, and trousers. This has made many television viewers follow Mamelodi Sundowns and take some fashion tips from Mokwena.
Sedibeng Ster Sport has been following Mokwena’s sense of dress code lately on his social pages, especially his Instagram page. Despite his busy schedule, Mokwena has time to take some selfies in his home or outside his house. Some of them even go as far as to put their photos next to Mokwena’s comparing themselves with him.
