Business conversation for Sharpeville’s young people

"This event is meant to facilitate conversations about how to start a business."

SHARPEVILLE. –  More and more young people are recognizing the need to be entrepreneurs.

And, with this in mind, a business conversation will be held at the Uhuru family restaurant in Tshepiso Phase 4, Sharpeville on March 4. The business conversation will be presented by young business people Naledi Tsotetsi, from Naledi Create, and Reekon Consulting led by Lebohang Motaung.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Tsotetsi said that this event is meant to facilitate conversations about how to start a business, do paperwork, and run a community organization. Tsotetsi said that they found that there is a lack of spaces and events that cater to the needs of entrepreneurs and that furthermore there’s a fear around young people with ideas to register their ideas because of the administrative side it requires.

“The event is curated specifically to deal with finding what your passion is, how to administratively make it tangible, and the actioning of a set idea into an everyday business.”
