Collins said when he saw the mock wedding trending on social media, he took the opportunity to fulfil his desired dream to make it known that he is dating Sharnel.

“I always told Sharnel that I wanted to make her my wife. From the first day we had an adulty conversation on love matters, I knew I wanted to marry the woman. I then consulted the schools management on the mock idea but told them I will be proposing truthfully. I got a go ahead and then I went for it,” he added.

“It came as a shock because when we did the mock wedding, he kept it a secret that he was going to propose. When I saw him kneel, I was shaking but because I love him and want to be his wife, I said yes,” he said.

When Sharnel said yes, Collins shed a tear seemingly his dream officially came through.
