VANDERBIJLPARK – In the past, the veteran comedian Skholo Mayisa has brought big stage names to the region such as Mashabela, Salesman and many more on different shows in different venues.
This time, he is bringing the popular headliners of comedy through his ‘Vaal Comedy Festival’ show and the trio promises a night of good laughter and real bedtime stories.
Skholo Mayisa will be featuring his close friends, Chris Mapane, Mongezi “Tol A** Mo” Mahlangu and Tieho Khakhauu who are ready to bless comedy lovers with a four hander show on the 28 of October 2022 at Vereeniging Civic Theatre.
The 38-year-old told Sedibeng Ster that “the aim is to bring premium standup comedy to the Vaal. This should be a reason to see people drive as far as Joburg and Pretoria just to enjoy standup comedy in our region.
“We are also creating a platform for local Comedians. People can expect a great atmosphere, great vibe and lots of laughter for that evening on the night of the show,” he said.
Tall A** Mo also emphasized on the night of great laughter.
“Vaalians can expect a night of great laughter and true stories. I will be offering a fresh perspective on current issues and personal experiences in the form of a happy pill,” he said.
