SEDIBENG.- This breaking news came as a shock to many in the football fraternity taking into consideration what Mosimane has achieved since he joined the club eighteen month ago.
According to Al Ahly, the two parties agreed to part ways with Mosimane’s request. However, it is important for Sedibeng Ster Sport to note that despite Mosimane’s success with the club some club’s former players were always criticising him. The latest incident was after Al Ahly lost in the CAF Championship League final. The former clubs’ legends came with guns blazing demand Mosimane to leave the club with immediate effect.
In astatement yesterday, the club indicated that they didn’t want to part ways with Coach Mosimane but he felt that he has done enough for the club and that it was time for him to leave. Mosimane’s thankedthe club supporters on his Twitter account for the good time he had with them. He also thanked the club management and players for the great team they had.
However, what is still not clear is where to from here for Mosimane who is regarded as the most decorated coach in the whole of Africa. Sedibeng Ster Sport has learned that Mosimane can secure another coaching job outside South Africa.
