Local soccer fans demand return to stadiums

“We love football, and we will continue to support our local clubs as long as PSL doesn’t want us to return to the stadium."

SEDIBENG.-  Local soccer fans said as long at PSL doesn’t allow them back in the stadiums they will continue to support local football. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Sebokeng Mighty Blues FC said as long as the PSL refused for soccer fans to return to the stadiums, they will support amateur football.

Mighty Blues FC supporters who travelled from Sebokeng to support their team against Boipatong FC at Boipatong Stadium told Sedibeng Ster Sport that as long as PSL doesn’t allow the back to stadium they will be packed at the local stadiums to watch SAB League matches. These Mighty Blues FC and Boipatong FC supporters packed the Boipatong Stadium to capacity to witness this exciting Safa Sedibeng SAB League between these two teams.

“We love football, and we will continue to support our local clubs as long as PSL doesn’t want us to return to the stadium. We will continue to pack our community stadium to capacity until PSL and Safa allow us back to the stadium. We travel with our team wherever they go to play because we want to send the message to the PSL to open the stadiums. What does PSL expect us to do at the weekend because we are used to going to stadiums at the weekend to watch our favourites teams playing but now we have no choice but to support our communities’ football clubs,” said a Sebokeng Mighty Blues supporters.
