Man’s body discovered in the Vaal River

SASOLBURG. – The police have launched an inquest case docket after a body of a man was discovered in the Vaal River. The incident happened on Wednesday morning.

Police Spokesperson  Sergeant Josephine Bini says, “It is reported that on Wednesday, 09 February 2022 at about 10:30, a member from Sasolburg K9 was busy training his dog by the river when he noticed a body floating in the river and alerted the police divers.

“The deceased was wearing brown pants and a brown shirt.  He has the following tattoos on his body :Victor Molefe Tshokoe, RAF 4 and He’ll woke 6 45.”
