PSL referee conducts a successful workshop

SEBOKENG.- Dstv Premier Soccer League (PSL)  referee Victor Hlungwane conducted a successful workshop for the Super League teams and referees at Eldorado Park Hall in Zone 14 recently. The workshop was in preparation of the Super League 2021/2022 soccer season which is scheduled to kick off this weekend. Emfuleni Local Football Association (ELFA) Super League Administrator, Teboho Mphaga and ELFA Competition Convener, Oupa Tladinyane were among the representatives who attend this informative workshop. ELFA Chairman, Jabu Mgcina also briefly addressed the clubs’ representative and referees. The workshop was about the Laws of the games with Hlungwane emphasising the laws of the game to both clubs’ representatives and referees, especially those who are new members in the league. Hlungwane said it was very important for the clubs, coaches and players to understand the laws of the game. “It is very important for everyone who is involved in football to understand the laws of the game because this is the biggest problem in our football. Laws of the game are there for everyone to know about them to make our league professional. These players and coaches must know the laws of the game at this level because this is a foundation of our football. ,” said Hlungwane.
