15-year-old raped by men in Polo

DE DEUR. The De Deur Police are investigating a case of rape and kidnapping following the rape of a 15-year-old in Weilers Farm recently.
It is said that the young girl was approached in the street at Weilersfarm by three men driving a white VW Polo with an unknown registration number. According to the complainant, her minor child went to Majazane to visit her grandmother and thereafter left to go home. She was then accosted by two men and one had a knife that he used to threaten the victim. A white VW Polo driven by an unknown man, with an unknown registration number, came along and the victim was forced inside and blind folded before being driven to an unknown shack in the area.
Police Spokesperson, Sergeant Thembeka Maxambela said that at the shack, the young girl was raped by two men. After they were finished she was blind folded again and taken into the VW Polo and dropped off at Sakhisizwe Secondary School.
The victim then sought help and she was taken to Kopanong Hospital for medical examination and treatment.
” The suspects are unknown, but the complainant will be able to identify them.”
No arrests made and the suspects are still at large. Police urge the community in the surrounding areas to report the VW polo occupants that are said to be terrorising women and children in the area.
