ANC Gauteng welcomes new developments in Emfuleni

SEDIBENG.- The African National Congress (ANC) Caucus in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature has said that it welcomes the recent interventions by the Gauteng Provincial Government in the Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM).

The Caucus is referring to the handing over of about 30 waste management trucks to the ELM by Gauteng Premier, David Makhura, as well as 21 main roads that have been refurbished, the handing over of 375 houses plus 800 title deeds to owners and the opening of Boipatong Library among other projects.

“The interventions by the Gauteng Provincial Government in Emfuleni Local Municipality will ensure rapid response to service delivery challenges in Emfuleni Local Municipality. We commend the ANC led GPG for the completion of infrastructure projects that will further enhance access to social amenities,” said the office of the Chief Whip in the GPG Legislature, Mzi Khumalo.
